DESCRIPTION: Doxycycline hydrochloride is a semi-synthetic tetracycline antibiotic with high efficiency, broad spectrum and low toxicity. Its 

antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of oxytetracycline, but its effect is 2-10 times stronger. Doxycycline hydrochloride is easily absorbed 

when taken orally, and the effective blood concentration is maintained for a long time.

CHARACTER: Doxycycline hydrochloride is a pale yellow or yellow crystalline powder, odorless and bitter in taste. Soluble in water or methanol, 

slightly soluble in ethanol or acetone, insoluble in chloroform.

STORAGE: Sealed storage, stored in a cool, dry warehouse. Keep away from sunlight.

PACKING: 25kg/drum.

USAGE:

It is mainly used for colibacillosis, salmonellosis, mycosis and psittacosis of livestock and poultry. It also has good curative effect on mixed 

infection of bacteria and mycoplasma in poultry. Sea and freshwater fish canker disease, columnar myxococcus disease, pyogenic disease

caused by halophilic bacteria, vibrosis, tail rot and other bacterial diseases.

DOSAGE OF DOXYCYCLINE HYCLATE:

A. Mixed feeding: 100-200 grams of poultry per 1000 kg of feed.

B. Mixed drink: 50-100 mg of poultry per liter of water.

C. Oral administration: one dose, 10-20 mg/kg for poultry, 2-5 mg/kg for pigs and sheep, 1-3 mg/kg for cattle and horses, 5-10 mg/kg for dogs 

and cats, once a day. Fish: Daily dosage: 20-50mg/kg body weight, 3-6 days depending on the condition.

D. Intravenous injection: one dose, 1-3 mg/kg for pigs and sheep; 1-2 mg/kg for cattle; 2-4 mg/kg for dogs and cats, once a day.

E. Intramuscular injection: one dose, 10 mg/kg for poultry, once a day.

F. The dosage of intraperitoneal injection for fish is 40,000-50,000 IU/KG body weight.

G. The fish medicine bath is soaked in 5-10g/cubic meter liquid medicine for 20-30 minutes.
